UDJC offers a complete competition pathway for every rider. Our two-tier system of Foundation Shows and Circuit Shows ensures that every competitor, young horse, and aspiring rider can grow step by step within the same structured, fair, and educational framework.
Foundation Shows
Hosted at UDJC-certified riding schools across the country

Smaller, local events with a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, great for beginner and young horses

Fully recognized UDJC competitions with licensed judges, prize money, ranking points, and UDJC Badges

Use Foundation shows to qualify for Circuit Open Finals​​

Dressage & Jumping at every show, Hunters at selected events

Levels go up to Level L in Dressage and Jumping (3'0” in Hunters) and always Young Horse Classes​​

Circuit Shows
Larger shows held in specific circuits and mainly ran by UDJC

UDJC Circuit Finals
The Circuit Finals are the highlight of the UDJC season — a multi-day championship show bringing together the best horses and riders from across the Circuit. At the Finals, three major championship paths showcase the diversity and depth of the UDJC system:
Open
Championships

Offered for every level from Pre-B to S in all three disciplines

Open to all riders and horses (Professionals may not compete below Level M)

Qualification: Enter same Level 5 times throughout the season at Foundation OR Circuit Shows

A championship pathway for every rider, from beginners to advanced
Elite Youth Championships

Unlike the Open Championships, Elite Youth riders must compete in specific classes assigned to their age category
