We counted what happens after the purchase
The price was the easy part. What took us longer was adding up the yearly costs after the keys: community fees, the rubbish tax, the non resident tax, and the one people forget, getting there twice a year.
One block we liked had a lift due for replacement in two years and the owners had already voted on it. We only learned that because we asked for the minutes of the last two meetings.
Those minutes are the first document I ask for now. The second check is whether the flat is even still for sale: https://alegria-realestate.com/ shows when each listing appeared, so I stop chasing places that sold in June.
Second viewing on the fourteenth, this time with my father in law, who used to be a builder.
